Imperial General Assurance is Ghana's Fastest Growing Insurance Company
Imperial General Assurance has been adjudged the Fastest Growing Insurance Company for 2025.
The company received the recognition at the just ended 8th Ghana Insurance Awards organized by Xodus Communications Limited in Accra.
This year's recognition is the third consecutive time Imperial has been adjudged Ghana's fastest growing insurer having proudly received same recognition in 2023 and 2024 at the Ghana Insurance Awards.
Product Innovation Award.
Imperial General Assurance was also declared winner of the Product Innovation Award (General Insurance) category for the introduction of its new product, Collision Insurance.
Collision Insurance, a market demand driven product, is a bridge between Third Party and Comprehensive insurance that provides extra protection to the insured. The policy gives the insured protection to repair their damaged car parts after an accident with additional hospitalization and Third Party benefits.
Addressing the media on the sidelines of the event, the Ag. Head of Corporate Affairs of Imperial General Assurance, Romeo Adzah, said the recognition by the Ghana Insurance Awards, is a product of hard work by the Board, Management and Staff and continuous investments in human resource, innovation, information technology and customer experience.
"Innovation is one of our core values, and as a business in tune with the evolving needs of our customers and the insurance industry, we keep innovating by showing leadership to meeting their demands. Imperial is the first general insurance company in Ghana to introduce life insurance and hospitalization benefits on motor insurance in our new Collision Insurance product. We believe Third Party insurance is no longer enough, every policy buyer deserves protection, not just third parties," he said.
Mr. Adzah dedicated the two awards to the staff, customers and partners of Imperial for their immense support and continuous contributions towards the company's growth and innovation journey.
The Ghana Insurance Awards celebrates achievements and standards and honour top-class performance, professionalism, and innovation across Ghana's insurance industry.
